PRICING

All prices quoted are subject to change at any time at the discretion of Antionco-Herb Research Centre (NZ) Limited (AHRC). You will be charged in the currency which you have chosen to shop. Antionco-Herb Research Centre (NZ) Limited (AHRC) reserves the right to reject any orders which include incorrect prices which may occur due to data entry errors, code errors; hacking, incorrect pricing provided by manufacturer, translation errors etc. Prices are not negotiable and unless marked accordingly, do not include postage and handling. Postage and handling costs will be calculated when completing the order.

RETURNS AND DELIVERY POLICY

Returns policy

Except in the situation described under "Customs Regulations" below, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, we will provide a fifty percent refund on all unopened goods, returned in the original condition within 10 days of delivery. We will notify you to confirm your refund upon receipt of the returned goods, and you may expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchases within 7 business days of our receiving your return.

Delivery policy

We will not deliver to a post office box or any address deemed non-permanent, e.g. hotel addresses. Orders will normally be dispatched within 48 hours. If for any reason we are unable to fill your order you will be notified immediately.
Deliveries within New Zealand will be handled by either a Courier or New Zealand Post, depending on the destination, and should be received within 5 working days.

International Deliveries

International deliveries are handled by New Zealand Post and will take between 10 to 25 days for delivery. Antionco-Herb Research Centre (NZ) Limited (AHRC) cannot accept responsibility or liability for any goods lost in transit outside New Zealand.

Customs Regulations

Antionco-Herb Research Centre (NZ) Limited (AHRC) accepts no liability for the replacement of any goods or costs arising from or relating to the importation or confiscation of any goods by government bodies. Customs regulations in most countries allow the importation of health supplements for personal use; however it is the responsibility of the individual to ensure the goods ordered are not prohibited within their country.
